Elevance Innovative Technologies provides tailored AI-powered solutions to meet your business needs. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Design, development, and integration of AI applications

• Post-deployment support, maintenance, and performance tuning

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for the project

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our solutions

• Not reverse engineer, replicate, or misuse any part of the delivered solutions
  
  

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement. Unless stated otherwise:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt

• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to solutions developed by Elevance Innovative Technologies remains our property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered solutions for your internal business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the course of the project. Confidential information will only be used for the purpose of executing the agreed services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elevance Innovative Technologies is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

• Losses due to misuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized use of AI solutions

• Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions
  
  

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days’ written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date

• Elevance Innovative Technologies will provide all deliverables and assets that have been completed and paid for
  
  

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material updates. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
